Yelp is adding alerts to its review pages of businesses accused of “overtly racist actions,” the company announced Thursday.

When a business receives an uptick in reports of discrimination, the crowd-sourced platform will place a label on that Yelp page. This alert, said the company, will caution people about businesses that may not be welcoming of them.

“At Yelp, we value diversity, inclusion and belonging, both internally and on our platform, which means we have a zero tolerance policy to racism,” said Noorie Malik, the company’s vice president of operations, in a statement. “We know these values are important to our users and now more than ever, consumers are increasingly conscious of the types of businesses they patronize and support.”

The change comes amid a racial reckoning in the U.S. in the wake of the violent deaths of George Floyd in Minneapolis police custody, Breonna Taylor during a Louisville police

PlayStation Plus’s free games for October 2020 are racing game Need for Speed Payback and action-RPG Vampyr. However, seemingly out of nowhere, Bloodborne has also been made free for PS Plus subscribers. It’s unclear if this is a mistake, as Sony did not announce the From Software action game as one of this month’s free offerings. You’ll want to claim this as soon as possible, as it could be an error and fixed shortly.

Bloodborne was PlayStation Plus’s offering all the way back in March 2018 and is included in the PS5’s upcoming Plus Collection, which grants subscribers a library of backwards-compatible PS4 games on the next-gen console.

Bloodborne is remembered as one of the best PS4 games. It received a 9/10 in GameSpot’s Bloodborne review for its agile and brutal combat, phenomenal creature and world design, and interconnected world that “makes every discovery a wonder.”

Twitter said it’s working on adding transcriptions to voice tweets in order to make the feature, which it began testing in the summer, more accessible. This comes after many criticized the social media platform for not taking all users’ needs into consideration before the release.

“We’re rolling out voice Tweets to more of you on iOS so we can keep learning about how people use audio,” the company said in a tweet on Tuesday. “Since introducing the feature in June, we’ve taken your feedback seriously and are working to have transcription available to make voice Tweets more accessible.”

An antitrust review of Google’s business practices has been a long time coming, and it looks like the U.S. Justice Department is going to make moves on that front very shortly. But there’s growing concern that the case against the search giant will amount to nothing but a political maneuver. Adding to Google’s headaches, it’s now reportedly in the crosshairs of China’s regulators as the tech trade war spills out to enlist more soldiers.

Reuters reported on Wednesday that China could soon launch an antitrust probe into Google that would focus on whether its business practices surrounding the Android mobile operating system are actively stifling competition. Citing sources speaking on the condition of anonymity, Reuters claims that regulators in China were prompted to consider the case by the embattled Chinese telecom firm Huawei. The proposal has reportedly already been submitted to the

This tutorial explains how to add desktop gadgets in Windows 10. In the long course of its (continued) development over the past couple of years, the Windows line of Operating Systems has seen a lot of changes being made to it, making each subsequent version of Windows better than its predecessor(s). However, while most of these changes have been in the form of new enhancements and additions, there are some that have entailed the removal of some features, both big and small, as well.

One such interesting feature, that I’m sure everyone who’s ever worked with Windows Vista or 7 will remember are Desktop Gadgets. Offering a unique take on customization, the Desktop Gadgets were small widgets that you could place anywhere on the desktop, and offered a ton of information, ranging from the current temperature to stock alerts. However, despite being
