YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki said in an interview Monday that the company is “looking” at its QAnon policy, but stopped short of committing to an outright ban as Facebook did last week.

Key Facts

In an interview on the Boss Files podcast with CNN anchor Poppy Harlow, Wojcicki said YouTube is “looking very closely at QAnon” and has already “implemented a large number of different policies that have helped to maintain that in a responsible way.”

As it stands, YouTube, which is owned by Google, only removes QAnon content when it violates other policies related to hate or harassment, and instead tries to de-amplify “borderline” content that doesn’t explicitly break its rules.

On why YouTube takes a less aggressive approach than Facebook, Wojcicki said: “I think the way to approach it is by

Since COVID-19 first shut down in-person learning, Seattle Public Schools (SPS) has distributed devices and internet for thousands of students. But for months, district officials haven’t be able to answer these questions with certainty:

How many kids actually need the technology? And does it work well enough to meet remote learning demands?

They’re questions central to conducting school online and closing digital access and learning gaps, especially for Seattle, whose schools appear to be staying remote for the foreseeable future.

But after school buildings closed last spring, Seattle and other districts didn’t take complete stock of how many students needed devices and internet, instead relying on student poverty rates and drawing estimates from surveys. As a result, data on technology access for students during the pandemic has been spotty.

About 4,000 of SPS’ over 50,000 students haven’t been engaging regularly with online learning this fall, half of whom the district

A hacker who was part of the notorious Dark Overlord group has been handed a five-year prison term for his crimes.

British national Nathan Wyatt was jailed by a Missouri court this week after pleading guilty to conspiring to commit aggravated identity theft and computer fraud in 2016. The group targeted a number of medical-related firms and accounting businesses, remotely stealing data that included personal information belonging to patients and clients. The Dark Overlord then threatened to sell the data on the dark web unless the firms made Bitcoins payment of as much as $300,000. None of the companies are believed to have followed the gang’s instructions.

The court documents revealed little about the targeted businesses, though it’s known that they are located in Missouri, Illinois, and Georgia, media outlets reported on Monday.

Wyatt, who was also ordered to pay about $1.5 million in restitution, told the court via Zoom,

I am deep down the Avengers rabbit hole now, having completed literally everything the game has to offer as I finally got through the Mega Hive this week. While I’m still playing and grinding, I have come to realize that a number of things don’t work about the endgame, and will need to be on the “priority fix” list that Crystal Dynamics is working their way through (admittedly very fast!).

Some of these are bugs, some of these are purposeful decisions that limit the potential of a satisfying endgame grind. And for the record yes, at about 120 hours into this game with six level 50 characters and half above 145, I still have not gotten even a single exotic yet.

Exotic Sources

This is a main problem. Right now the Mega Hive is your best shot at an exotic, and even though drops for it have reportedly
